Just like many senior citizens, senior dogs have some extra needs. Learn to look after your best friend and support their health as they grow older.

Real food for your pets.

Real food for your pets.

With a nutritious and natural diet, your dog should look good, smell better and be more energetic and healthy.

Just as it is with you and me, a balanced diet is the foundation for health and well-being for our pets. Increasingly, as ‘levels of nutrition’ improve and we move from fulfilling basic needs to feeding for overall and long-term health, pet parents are seeing the benefits of good food in their cats and dogs.

The original Black Hawk recipe was developed when a passionate dog breeder applied this thinking to their dog’s diet. The breeder searched for ingredients that had a nutritional benefit and removed all of those that didn’t.

More of us pet parents are interested in what we’re feeding our pets than ever before. We’re taking a good look at the ingredients panel and wanting to know exactly what is in not only our food, but the diets of our dogs and cats. As we increasingly understand the value of looking after their pets’ health through nutrition, the quality of what we feed is improving and so is the general health of our four-legged friends. ‘Real food’ is good for us, and it’s also good for our pets.

Black Hawk products are designed to nourish dogs and cats from the inside out. The range is not a raw diet, but is made from natural, real ingredients that are processed into kibble or canned formats in such a way that the important vitamins and minerals are not lost. The pet foods in the Black Hawk range are all free of wheat, corn, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours.

Dog owners report that after moving to Black Hawk, their best friends have healthy, shiny coats and odours are dramatically reduced. Have a try and let the team know how you get on.
