Dog Lover

Jodie is an obsessed dog mum who loves to learn how to best care for her pup Wally and she loves to share the things she learns with others. She's always been a pet owner but loves dogs the most and loves being surrounded by like-minded dog lovers.

Dog Presents and Including your pup in Christmas

If your pup is a part of the family like mine, then you no doubt include them in all family festivities especially Christmas. I get my dog Christmas presents each year including a stocking as well as getting myself a present or two from my dog.

Dog Christmas Presents

I spoil my pup all year round, but at Christmas, I feel like I have an excuse. I’m still buying him stuff anyway, so I tend just to put all the things I buy him in December under the tree as Christmas presents.

He loves it because he gets all these new Christmas dog toys as well as delicious treats. On Christmas morning he has a blast getting to sniff out his new toys and treats, as well as playing with any wrapping.

Santa photos with your dog

Just like others take their kids to get their photo with Santa, I enjoy taking my pup to get his own Santa photos. I also jump in, and we wear something festive to have some fun.

Most shopping centres often have days for your dog. You also can find multiple photographers that offer dog photos, whether it’s with Santa or just in a festive theme. It makes an awesome personalised Christmas card to send out.

Treating

Everyone loves to enjoy the Christmas feast, and this includes your dog. Just remember though, that you shouldn't be sharing any of your family Christmas feasts with your pooch. If you feel the urge to spoil them, look to some delicious treats - making sure you're treating responsibly.

Silly fun for Everyone

The Christmas season is all about enjoying yourself, and you can include your pup in all the fun. My dog and I often dress in matching festive outfits at all our Christmas parties with friends and family.

There are so many fun dog outfits for the festive season. My pup has a wide selection of bows, bandanas, harnesses, leads and outfits ready to show off each year.

I love including my pup in all my Christmas celebrations, and I know that he loves it too. He loves getting to see his friends and family, and he gets so many Christmas presents and treats.
